Support Technician for IT Environment in Lund

About the Role

As a support technician, you are responsible for providing on-site support when remote assistance is not enough. You install computers, phones, and other client-side equipment, keep the hardware register updated, and document cases in the systems. You also assist during operational disturbances, support conference rooms, and handle VIP cases with quick and professional service.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting on-site
• Install and deliver computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment
• Update the knowledge database and document cases
• Ensure high quality in local IT delivery
• Support printers and conference rooms
• Contribute during major incidents and operational disturbances

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in IT support and a strong interest in technology. You are service-oriented, structured, and thrive in an environment where needs can change rapidly. You are self-driven, communicative, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license

The assignment is classified in a security class. Therefore, you will undergo a security review before employment, which requires Swedish citizenship.
